For each project, the Managing Director consults with our management and assembles a team of staff selected especially for the task in hand, and we then put in place a Project Management Plan to steer the design process. BEAD has a very broad base of qualifications among its staff, which includes engineers. However on large and complex projects we are skilled in assembling teams which include competent sub-consultants. Some of these are overseas-based whenever this is beneficial to our Clients’ needs, and we are used to coordinating with them over wide time zones.
