The industrial processes involved in this scheme was followed from delivery of raw materials, to the processes of making and packaging the meal, to storing and dispatching it. By carefully considering the Client briefings, an efficient and effective solution was designed. This manifests itself in the tidy and neat external appearance of the buildings, where the details are also the result of clear thinking. The factory was completed in 2011.

Clients Vision for Extreme Marine facilities in Abu Dhabi is the destination for boat owners, supplying precision marine equipment, featuring products from Mercury Racing. They have facilities such as showroom/exhibition areas, a highly operational spare parts section, a training centre for all its employees, and multiple workshops to ensure high quality service throughout the entire life cycle of the products. Key elements of their operations include trust, clarity, and support, and this should be reflected in the design through how the programme is connected to each other, as well as in the efficiency of each space.
